The staff, especially Alex, went above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, showcasing their attention to detail and guest-centric approach. the availability of ironing facilities ensured that I always looked sharp before heading out to explore the beautiful surroundings of Bad Gastein. The thoughtfully designed terrace provided a serene setting to unwind after a day of skiing, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
